Consultative Contract-C

Care Manager and family work together to create a growth plan identifying the present and future support needs and the steps the family will take to implement the growth plan for the care and security of their loved ones. A retainer is required before any work can be undertaken; services, travel, and expenses will first be billed against the retainer before any additional costs are invoiced. See Care Management Time and Travel Time sections below for fees charged for services rendered under the Consultative Contract.
