Mentorship - ShadowME lv2

A youth support initiative that empowers youth to receive support through case management services and mentorship. The program director assesses each young person’s needs and matches them with a suitable mentor who helps them navigate a customized, goal-driven plan. 12-Month Program per hour 8 hours per month minimum
