Plans are developed, and updated annually, that identify present and future support needs and the approaches that families desire for the care and security of their loved ones. A comprehensive growth plan contains vital information about the individual’s social, employment, and educational history. Note: This fee is payable at the time the growth plan is signed. See Care Management Time and Travel Time sections below for fees charged for services rendered under the growth plan.
